Our Team

We are a team of 28 of whom 16 work in investment, value creation and investor relations, with the balance in finance and support. The six senior investment professionals have worked together for many years. Most have spent the greater part of their careers at Graphite and have been involved with almost all of our more than 100 investments since the early 1990s. All of our successful investments of the last decade have been led by the current leadership team.
