Opus Talent Solutions (“Opus”) focuses on recruiting candidates for the technology and renewable energy sectors, both large and fast-growing markets with strong drivers. It also has a rapidly expanding technology academy which identifies and trains talented individuals from non-technology backgrounds as well as retraining members of clients’ existing workforces. ESG and DE&I are at the forefront of the company’s culture and business model, with candidates sourced from a variety of backgrounds to help solve its clients’ diversity ambitions.
Opus provides temporary and permanent staff to over 1,000 clients in over 50 countries, from start-ups to large blue- chip corporates. It has a global footprint, employing 300 staff across nine offices in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
Graphite is supporting the Opus management team to devise and implement a five-year growth strategy, with a strong focus on US expansion and growing the technology academy beyond the UK. Graphite has also supported significant investment in Opus’s systems and technology, led by a newly appointed CIO, in order to improve the group’s back-office operations, centralise its global support functions and improve the quality of information available. Graphite has broadened and strengthened the management team, including hiring a new CFO and CHRO and creating the roles of COO and Chief Revenue Officer filled through internal promotions. All of this should enable Opus to continue to gain share in the vast, global technology and renewable energy recruitment markets.
