Simon joined Graphite in 2025 and brings technology and transformation expertise developed across SME and mid-cap businesses, most recently as interim CTO of a pensions and life insurance company as it was taken private.
Prior to that, he led digital strategy and transformation at a global pharmaceutical services business, including post-acquisition integration. He holds a degree in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from Oxford University.
