Omar is a member of Graphite’s Board. He joined Graphite Capital in 2008 and has worked on and led a variety of transactions, with a particular focus on the consumer and tech-enabled service sectors.
Previously he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Institutions Group, where he provided corporate finance advice in the financial services sector. Omar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
