Andy is the Chairman of Graphite Capital and a member of its Board and Investment Committee. He joined Graphite in 1992 and was its joint Managing Partner until 2025. During his career he led a large number of transactions across multiple industry sectors.
Prior to this, he worked in private equity for Morgan Grenfell Development Capital. He has a first class degree in Economics from Stirling University and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
