Not only the taste, texture and preparation of the steak cuts convince us, but also key factors such as breeding, feeding, maturing and the respectful treatment of cattle from exclusively local and extensive farming.” Under Graphite’s ownership, Hawksmoor has more than doubled the number of its highly successful premium steak restaurants in London and the UK regions. In 2021, the first international Hawksmoor opened on Park Avenue in New York.
