Historic Newspapers is the global market leader for personalised newspaper-based gifting. Its largest division sells a range of personalised books themed to commemorate birthdays, historic events and the achievements of sports teams. It partners with leading newspaper groups in the UK and US to access content. The business also sells antique newspapers direct-to-consumer with a certificate of authenticity. By integrating Historic Newspapers’ vast collection of newspaper content, Wonderbly can now offer our customers a unique opportunity to explore and relive the most significant events in history during their lifetime.
Graphite’s acquisition strategy aims at consolidating Wonderbly’s world-leading position in the personalised children’s book market and at accelerating its expansion into the adult category. This is the second acquisition that Wonderbly has completed since partnering with us in 2021.
