Babble, a provider of cloud-based IT communications and collaboration solutions, has completed the acquisitions of Halo Communications and Digital Communication Systems, representing the eighth and ninth acquisitions in the first year since the buy-out in late 2020.
Halo Communications is an established re-seller of unified communication and cyber services to businesses across Scotland and the North of England. Digital Communication Systems is a communications service provider catering to small and medium-sized corporates in Newcastle and the North East. Together, these acquisitions bring critical mass to Babble’s hubs in Scotland and Northern England.
Babble’s strategy has been focused on expanding its national reach as well as on strengthening its existing core offering. The two latest acquisitions position the group well for further growth in key strategic areas, cementing Babble as a leading provider of communications, contact centre and cyber solutions to SMEs in the UK.
The company has successfully raised additional debt facilities in support of its buy-and-build strategy, reflecting its strong acquisition track record and pipeline.
