Graphite Capital supports Beck & Pollitzer’s acquisition of montagen plus

Graphite Capital’s portfolio company Beck & Pollitzer has acquired montagen plus, a Nuremberg based provider of machinery installation and relocation services.  Beck & Pollitzer Deutschland’s existing operations, headquartered in Essen and with branches in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, have grown strongly since the 2016 buyout and the montagen plus acquisition extends the group’s regional coverage and customer base. Beck & Pollitzer is focussed on growing its presence in the USA and Germany, the world’s largest industrial machinery markets, and the montagen plus acquisition follows the acquisition of South Carolina based Clarkson Industries Inc. in February 2018.
