Graphite Capital has sold U-Pol, a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive repair and refinishing products, to Axalta Coating Systems. The transaction will allow U-POL to build on the strong platform it has developed under Graphite’s ownership. The company has an excellent reputation for product quality and innovation, which has been the key to its global success. U-POL is the market leader in the UK and has strong, growing positions in the US, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and Russia, as well as other international markets.
