Graphite Capital, a leading mid-market private equity specialist, confirms that it is has sold Compass Community to Cap10 Partners LLP, a pan-European private equity firm.
Compass provides fostering services, children’s residential care, schooling for children and young people with specialist needs, and therapeutic services. Since Graphite’s acquisition of the business, Compass has significantly broadened its service offering and expanded its presence in the UK whilst maintaining market–leading quality standards across its three divisions.
The existing management team will continue to lead the company following the transaction.
