Graphite Capital’s portfolio company Babble completes 28 acquisitions in the two and a half years following the buy-out

Babble, a provider of cloud-based communication and cyber solutions, has completed the acquisitions of TechQuarters, Talking Technology and Cloudstream Technology taking the total number of acquisitions made since the buy-out in late 2020 to 28.

TechQuarters is an established London based IT services provider solely focussed on Microsoft cloud solutions which strengthens Babble’s technology product offering. Talking Technology is a telecommunications reseller based in Croydon, predominantly providing UCaaS solutions to small and mid-market businesses. Cloudstream Technology specialises in cyber and connectivity services based out of Scotland. Together, these acquisitions reinforce Babble’s regional presence and bring further scale to its offerings.

Babble’s strategy has been focused on expanding its national reach whilst providing market-leading technology solutions to its customers. Its acquisition programme has positioned the group well for further growth in key strategic areas, securing Babble’s status as a leading player in the converging world of “talk and tech” solutions provided to ambitious small and mid-sized corporates in the UK. The company has recently upsized its debt facilities to support its buy-and-build strategy, which is underpinned by a strong pipeline of further acquisitions.
