Graphite Capital has made several promotions across its investment and value creation teams.
Matt Hamilton-Allen, Emma Winter and Nick Eichorn have been invited to join the partnership, reflecting their strong contribution to building portfolio value since their arrival in 2022. Edgar Borg-Rodrigez, Zoe Jackson, Tom Llewellyn and Alex Hearne have been promoted to Investment Director.
