Graphite Capital has closed its eighth fund, Graphite Capital Partners VIII, with commitments of £450 million. Graphite raised a further £50 million for Graphite Capital Partners VIII Top Up Fund, a committed co-investment vehicle investing alongside the main fund. Despite the extremely challenging fund-raising environment, Graphite was able to reach its target relatively quickly.
