Our successful transactions include the public-to-private of Steel Burrill Jones, an insurance broker, and the management buy-out of Stalwart, a provider of home income plans for the elderly.

Our experience spans insurance broking and underwriting, consumer finance, property finance, broking, principal finance and debt collection. We have also backed advisory businesses, in particular those engaged in corporate finance, pensions and mortgage advice.
